    Job Description

    The Business Development Associate is responsible for the execution and implementation of various components which are vital to the promotion, growth and success of the company.  In addition, the coordinator will assist with the execution of location contracts, extensions and renewals.  Other responsibilities include managing the implementation of location signage and marketing initiatives, assisting with presentations, and collecting and tracking sales reports and figures.  

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Qualify and prioritize leads that will result in sales.
    • Refine outreach programs for more effective results.
    • Align and work closely with the Director of Business Development on current business initiatives
    • Assist with top of funnel sales efforts and outreach
    • Support administrative tasks related to new contracts, contract extensions and renewals, working closely with leaders and other team members.
    • Work with partners to execute contract components and fulfill contract requirements
    • Regular communication of business updates to partners and clients
    • Work closely with creative team to execute marketing initiatives
    • Use features on Google Analytics and Adobe in order to properly track new business initiatives
    • Collect and track data for daily and monthly sales reports
    • Collaborate with other departments with data gathering and analytics
    • Assist with gathering and formatting data into presentation format for quarterly management business reviews
    • Own and manage the entire buildout of new affiliate partners from start to finish, vast knowledge of EBG Admin required
    • Work with Business Manager to gather suppression and revenue share requirements
    • Submit required documents to AP team to create new payment vendor
    • Continue to learn new features added to EBG admin and implement them as needed
    • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a professional sales environment
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
    • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently
    • Ability to easily adapt and learn new programs, applications, and processes
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Experience in ticketing, sports and/or travel industry is preferred
