In this role you will gain hands-on, real-life experience as to what it is like to work on legal, regulatory & lobbying matters for a growing start-up in the rapidly-expanding daily fantasy sports space.Responsibilities Include: Track state and federal legislation & regulation on DFS, Online Sports Betting (OSB) and adjacent industries Create education materials for legislators and regulators Liaise with lobbyists and legislative staffers on PrizePicks’ priorities Update affiliate agreements and other marketing and advertising side contracts Work across PrizePicks’ teams to update and codify PrizePicks’ House Rules and Terms of Service Create uniform materials to use across DFS state licenses.
