Responsibilities: Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly Implement new technology, such as desktops and computer hardware, operating systems, software programs, and applications Provide new employees with user accounts, company email, and security access so they complete their assigned tasks Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes Run security checks on all of our systems to ensure we are protected from cybersecurity threats • Provide technical assistance to clients using our RMM & PSA tools via email, phone, and on-site support • Use strong communication skills to make clients feel comfortable with their technology • Assist with a wide range of requests for hardware and software support, to new user setup and troubleshooting • Maintain a focus on security and patching working with our automated systems • Be a team player to provide the absolute best experience to end-users • Must be able to work independently and set daily goals as well as quickly change gears as emergencies arise Qualifications: Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment High school diploma required, associate's degree in computer science or information technology preferred Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed Understands how to create a technical database using Excel spreadsheets • Advanced understanding of networking technologies • Experience in Windows Server/ Azure Environment • Cyber Security experience is preferred • Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills • VMware / Hyper-v Experience • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Compensation: $45,000 and Up depending on experience
