Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed • Interacts with our billing, sales and success teams to provide admin support • Take direction from the office administrator to support the overall company growth Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Experience working with traditional office clerical tools like Microsoft 365, Quickbooks etc. • Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly in support of a busy office • Ready to learn new roles in a backup and support capacity • Experience with billing or service management positions is a plus Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
