Boot Camp Instructors

Our team at Pro Fitness is looking to add a Boot Camp instructor to lead classes for new and existing members! If you have a passion for fitness and enjoy helping others, then please apply today! Complementary 24 hour membership included with position.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Passion for instructing clients of all fitness levels.

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching group fitness.

Exceptional understanding of physical fitness, proper exercise technique, and knowledge to regress or progress any exercise.

Certification through Crossfit or the following certifications:

OR the following certifications

NASM, ACE, ACSM, CSCS, NFPT, ISSA, NCCPT, IFPA, or AFFA in group fitness or personal training.

Must have mornings, evenings, or weekend morning available.

Able to self-promote, market and network.

Able to successfully pass a background check.

Able to complete a 20-30 minute audition.

Ability to accept constructive feedback in a positive manner.

Possesses or is able to get become CPR certified.

Instructor responsibilities:

Enthusiastically teaches classes to patrons of all levels.

Utilizes equipment in the functional area (tire, battle ropes, medicine balls, turf, cones, ladders, jump ropes, mini barbells etc).

Teaches classes with a variety of circuits, resistance training, aerobic conditioning, and games or relays.

Maintains equipment and presentation of functional area before and after class.

Arrives early to class to greet members, sign in, and prepare work area.

Constantly learns new technique to keep class format innovative, safe and effective.
