    Job Title: Process Optimization & CI Manager

    Job Description:

    The Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing systems that increase efficiency and optimize all aspects of service or production processes. This includes overseeing process design projects and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all processes related to producing a product, substance, or service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design cost-effective processes and equipment aligned with budgetary constraints for the development and commercialization of products or services.
    • Evaluate existing processes, recommend improvements, and configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs, improve sustainability, boost productivity, quality, and profitability.
    • Develop best practices within the production process.
    • Implement methods and process designs, create prototypes, conduct tests, and make necessary modifications as required.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to influence others to adopt new practices.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and assessment skills.
    • Proficiency with computer systems and information technology.
    • Familiarity with process engineering software.
