Responsibilities:

Perform a full dimensional inspection on one part and a visual inspection on the balance of the AQL sample.

If critical dimensions are identified by obrounds, only these features need to be inspected after FAI approval unless otherwise directed by inspection alert and/or inspection plan.

Internal statistical sampling plan compliant with AS9138.

The lot quantities vary from 20 to 80

Conducts technical sort and/or rework as necessary for client requirements.

Provides timely, detailed reports and photographic evidence of product, packaging, labeling, defects noted, etc.

Daily and weekly reports will be submitted using Microsoft Word or Excel.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

Quality Engineer, ISO9001, Quality Inspector, IPC610 Certified, QMS

Must have IPC 610 and IPC610 certified inspector, "IPC620" is a plus to provide this service.

Knowledge and/or Experience in: Aerospace Industry, AS9138 standard, Aerospace Components and Systems, QMS is preferred.

3 or more years' experience in a Quality related position.

Comply with all professional ProQC and manufacturing site guidelines and safety requirements.

Good communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
