Job Description

We are looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our team! This position will be responsible for providing non-clinical support and administrative, marketing, or community relations needs to Pro Recovery Solutions and the Crossroads Companies (Recovery at the Crossroads, Greenbranch Recovery and Wellness, Behavioral Crossroads, Behavioral Crossroads Recovery, Black Horse Acres Sober Living Campus, 30 Bridges East, RHCF).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Creating/posting engaging social media, images and video content.
• Developing/maintaining an optimal posting schedule that considers web traffic and engagement metrics.
• Tracking social media metrics and website analytics such as traffic, page views and other key metrics and create a monthly report.
• Developing reciprocal links increasing the “likes” and “followers” on all social media pages.
• Ensuring all company websites are up to date and accurate.
• Creating/sending email newsletters and managing database via email marketing software.
• Producing audio and video content, conducting staff interviews, taking photos and videos for internal/external communications.
• Digitally create graphic content and maintain all programmatic software platforms, softphone integration into CRM with Kipu and CTM webhook and campaign analytics.
• Stay informed of changes in-house to ensure information exchange reaches the community.
• Coordinate community outreach events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing preferred and/or 2-4 years work experience in the field in digital marketing.

- Good word processing skills and familiarity with standard Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.) Microsoft Office, WordPress, Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite, Choozle, Taboola, Google Ad Words, YouTube, Vimeo, Canva, Adobe, etc. Accurate typing skills and the ability to use standard office equipment. Graphic design skills preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

May work in outdoor conditions <7/10 of the time. May travel <7/10 of the time and work not only day, but swing, grave and weekend shifts 2 of 5 days a week.
