PROREPAIRZ, LLC is a On-demand mobile repair solution for consumer and enterprise. We send our network of "Pro-Techs" to provide our clients with on-site repairs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duty of our Repair Specialists is to provide a quality repair service for our clients and to help promote our brand via social media. Our repair specialist are called "Pro-Techs", aka ProRepairz Technicians. When a client books an iPhone repair appointment, our system automatically notifies our Pro-Techs about the details of the appointment: type of repair, on or off campus location, date & time. Our techs set their own schedule so they will only receive jobs for time-slots that they are available. Most repairs take 30 minutes or less.
Since we provide all the training materials & learning modules needed to master all the repairs, there is no prior experience required for this position. Our Techs are paramount to our company so we look to hire the best; we define “the best” as those who are highly motivated and possess the following traits:
TRAINING, TOOLS AND INVENTORY
Our professional training will include tutorials on how to manage your inventory, in-the-fields operations and equipment/software training, when dealing with clients. We also provide repair training per request if needed. We supply the tools needed to perform the iPhone repairs. Repair Specialist are responsible for the inventory of screens. As a courtesy, ProRepairz will supply you with an initial inventory to get you started, and will manage your inventory by constantly restocking your inventory of screens at no cost.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR DETAILS
Our Repair Specialist will be Independent Contractors with ProRepairz, LLC. Each Repair Specialist will be contracted on a consistent renewable options of 4, 8, and 12-week contracts.
