    Reporting to the IT PMO Manager, this position is part of a project management team responsible for ensuring that new and ongoing Digital & IT projects adhere to the PMO process and have the assistance readily available in this regards. The PMO Administrative Assistant will collaborate with various Digital & IT Leaders to receive regular updates regarding schedule and project deliverables. This position will also be responsible to Project Manage a Small Internal Project. Maintain Digital & IT Pipeline File Create new project folders with relevant templates and moving existing folders to the appropriate area Schedule Digital and IT PR meetings Send reminders to IT Leaders regarding their project presentations Assist in keeping project status up to date in ServiceNow. Maintain Smartsheet licenses and user administration. Maintain IT PMO Library memberships and user administration. Assist IT PMO Manager and team as needed in any other project related activities. Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: PM Small IT Projects Organize and coordinate project status meetings, steering committee meetings and any other project related meetings Ensure completeness of deliverables, requirement documents and test plans Support Gate Process Provide Project Status Updates SKILL SET/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERTISE: Strong organizational skills. Extensive working knowledge of G-Suite tools, especially Google Docs, Calendars and Sheets. Strong written and oral communication skills. Detailed oriented; attention to accuracy is very important. Uses diplomacy and tact. Must be able to multitask. Ability to work independently and identify creative solutions. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. IT experience preferred. Project work experience preferred.
