G&A Accounting Responsibilities: Prepare and/or review and post journal entries as needed Independently prepare monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations Communicate with corporate leaders about their respective budgets, providing quality information and customer service to assist in managing budgets Accountable for accuracy and consistency of the data reported and used Payroll Accounting Responsibilities: Work closely with Chart of Accounts team to ensure all Payroll entries are booked to the correct accounts and new combinations are added as needed Prepare monthly close payroll reports and distribute to departments timely Organize and initiate the process of intercompany billings of salaries and benefits Coordinate with Human Resources and other functional areas to process Expat payroll Coordinate with Human Resources to accurately record and account for benefits and various awards programs Coordinate with Payroll processor to ensure various awards programs are accounted for correctly and deductions are setup as needed Required Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA or CPA candidate General Requirements 4+ years experience in a Finance/Accounting role; Master's Degree plus 2+ years Finance/Accounting experience will be considered Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate ability to drive process improvement, must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must possess the energy and drive to execute under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proven ability to work both independently and jointly with varying levels of employees Proficient with Microsoft and Google tools Overtime required during critical periods Comply, without exception, with all safety regulations and guidelines while on Company property Physical Requirements This position is an office-based position Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree Public Accounting work experience Proficiency in Oracle Proficiency in Workday
