SUMMARY 3D Administrator is to be responsible for the support of the Hexagon Smart 3D Design tool. This role is critical to the operation, support and maintenance of project operations and EPC execution. Additionally, this individual will be required to support and maintain the E&C master catalog and configuration efficiencies applied to the tool. Finally this role has the responsibility to assist in continuous improvement and evaluation of new solutions. Applicant will be required to create user instruction guides and training material, along with administrative manuals and proper documentation for product configurations. Applicant will also be expected to provide end user support and in compliance with company engineering standards and procedures and must have a solid working knowledge of detail design and engineering activities in a data driven execution. Applicant must also contain good communication skills, both written and oral and be able to interface on a global across multiple execution centers. Additional skills in agnostic data integration is an added bonus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support E&C Daily Project Operations Assist in the develop, enhance and configure of Core tools for global execution Incorporate standard vendor data and productivity enhancements as required by discipline or project Deploy and support a stable integrated platform to meet project demands Develop productivity aids, standard configurations and templates Ensure project configurations meet required standards, both corporate and client Implement and provide user support and instruction Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, upgrades and enhancements Work with vendors and global Administration Specialists for resolution of software issues, bugs and training Limited International travel may be required. Demonstrates a sound knowledge of engineering practices and familiarity with engineering and construction activities is required.
