Wyckoff Country Club is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Pro Shop Team Member to support daily golf operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This role is ideal for an individual with prior golf experience who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and enjoys working in a professional retail and golf operations setting

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage tee time reservations, check-ins, and golf-related inquiries
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for merchandise, fees, and cart rentals
• Support retail operations, including merchandise organization and inventory assistance
• Provide accurate information regarding course conditions, policies, and events
• Assist with tournaments, outings, and golf events as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pro shop environment
• Adhere to Wyckoff Country Club’s service standards, policies, and appearance guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior golf experience preferred , including experience in a pro shop, golf operations, course operations, or a similar golf-related environment
• Familiarity with tee time management and member/guest check-in processes
• Understanding of golf etiquette , pace of play , and basic rules of the game
• Experience supporting tournaments, outings, or golf events preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Basic computer and POS experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf season hours

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
