Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Market properties according to established procedures and help develop new marketing channels • Continuous marketing to and recruitment of potential property investors • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures • Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyer list • Attend multiple recurring networking functions, participate and meet potential buyers and investors • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company • Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis • Help prepare properties for resale • Put out for-sale signs • Assist the company with other related projects as needed Qualifications: • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Passionate about selling • Results/goals orientated • Financially driven and a motivation to earn • Smart and well-presented with a professional demeanor • Natural sales and networking ability • Hard-working, self-motivated, and highly organized • Focused and competitive • Excellent work ethic – punctual and reliable Compensation: $148,000 yearly
