Our Buying specialists are motivated self-starters with a team-first mentality and can oversee and manage a high-volume sales pipeline. Pro Source Home Buyers provides top-notch training on the process of calculating property value, condition, renovation, or repairs required. As well as effective and efficient negotiating and sales techniques. An active real estate license is not required. Only applicants who complete the assessments and are in Chattanooga, TN, or willing to relocate will be considered. Responsibilities: • Initiate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills • Qualify prospects in a professional and timely manner • Follow established procedures to evaluate properties and formulate offers • Negotiate face to face with sellers on the purchase of their property • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers • Manage leads in our company's database and follow up on prospects immediately • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients Qualifications: • Valid U.S. Drivers license and relibale transport • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems • Thrives in a true team environment • strong verbal and written communicator • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people • Coachable with the ability to work in a team environment • Sales experience not required Compensation: $100,000+ annually for top performers
