RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Frequently follow up with current customer base via phone and email

-Gather and review any missing information to complete the Lending application

-Update and maintain internal CRM 

-Must have outgoing personality 

-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

-Must be proficient with computer software applications 

-Manage time effectively 

-Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:

-High attention to detail

-Great organizational skills

-Persistent follow up skills 

-Customer Service experience required

-Experience in Word, Excel and Adobe

-Administrative experience preferred 

-Positive attitude

PAY:

$40k-$75k Salary based on skillset.
