Currently, we are hiring Administrative Assistants for our Burbank, CA retail store. The Assistant will be a vital member of the Pro8mm sales support team, offering a great client experience to our customers who purchase our film products and services. SCHEDULE - PART TIME
This position is scheduled for up to 25 hours a week, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. The candidate may have an option for 5 days of a 5 hour shift or 3 days of an 8 hour shift to be determined prior to hire with their supervisor.
COMPENSATION
Salary $18.50 - $19.00 an hour.
3 Days Annual Sick Leave (as required by law)
This position may lead to a full time opportunity within the company that includes medical, dental, vision , 401K and paid vacation benefits to part time employees who excel in all metrics. This is for employees who work over 35 hours per week.
THE ROLE
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the retail sales team. Responsibilities include all shipping and receiving of motion picture film orders in and out of the facility. This will require learning our easy ship integration from our on-line shopping cart, Fed-Ex and USPS systems; procedures for shipping international orders, including customs and duty paperwork. As a team member, your administrative support to the Project and Sales Coordinators on the retail sales team is a vital part of the Pro8mm workflow. You will be responsible for delivering media files over the internet, updating client orders and archiving paperwork. You will assist as backup to the sales team in greeting walk in clients with their will call orders, answering phones, ordering supplies, packaging products as needed. Other duties may be assigned as required. The position will report directly to the Management Team.
