We’re preparing for upcoming opportunities and are looking to connect with CNAs who are looking to work with a staffing agency where relationships really do matter.

The goal of this position - your core purpose and duty - is to work as an integral part of a team, Ability to use tact in dealing with varying situations. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, carries out routine patient care and participating in more complex patient care needs. Communicates all independent observations to the team nurse/charge Nurse. Documents as assigned. May participate in patient care conferences as assigned. May function as a preceptor for new nursing assistants. Carries out all duties as assigned by the charge nurse

Your role daily will look a little something like this…

? Sift starts 2400

? You will receive and review job duties from your shift charge nurse.

? Take vitals and chart them

? Check and turn your residents at each of the four rounds 2400,0200,0400, and 0630

? Observe your residents for change in condition and report promptly any changes observed to the chart nurse

? Answer call lights and attend to residents needs

? Stock residents’ rooms with all needed supplies each shift daily

? At least 2 years verifiable experience as a Certified Nurses Assistant

? Active license in the State of Oregon

? Tb test within the last 90 days

? CPR/AED American Heart

? Physical within the last year
