MINDSET:

We are looking for an experienced B2B SW Enterprise Marketing individual to join ProGlove`s Management team, who is very communicative, well-organized and has strong analytical skills.

You have an international background, like to operate across countries and cultures? You have experience in online marketing as well as content & public relations? Are you curious about the next industrial revolution and the internet of things? Are you willing to spend a couple of months in Germany?

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed university degree in areas such as Marketing and Business Administration
• 5+ years experience in SaaS Enterprise Marketing
• Good knowledge of Online Marketing, Field Marketing, Email Marketing, PR in a startup ennvironment
• Leadership skills to expand international markets (North America, FR, ES, IT, UK) and build a strong, skilled marketing team
• Good knowledge of marketing automation tools such as hubspot, pardot, marketo and salesforce
• Fluent in English, German is nice to have

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Leading and developing a global marketing & communications team with direct reporting line to Management
• Expanding our brand awareness and online presence in our key markets (North America, Europe) as well as future growth markets (Asia, Africa)
• Development of content strategy across all channels and activities (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Mailings, Public Relations, Field Marketing)
• Driving lead generation by means of a highly-automated ROI-driven lead generation machine
• Intensive collaboration with Sales and Business Development
