AREA STAFFING MANAGER

MARKET MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Market Manager to manage our Prologistix and Resource MFG location in Maryland and Northern Virginia! YOUR OPPORTUNITY

• Continuously recruits top industry and/or sales talent in assigned market
• Creates, delivers and regularly monitors target business development, recruitment and retention activities and results objectives for each colleague
• Maintains operations and appearance of branch in accordance with company standards
• Develops a thorough understanding of operating systems and ensures all data entry is maintained and accurate
• Utilizes automated reporting systems to manage and review branch operations
• Drives and manages business development efforts to meet or exceed targets and budget
• Develops and implements motivational activities to increase and maintain a high morale and retention of colleagues
• Conducts formal performance reviews to assess colleague performance and next steps in career development
• Ensures that standard markup fees are established and maintained
• Manages and monitors receivables within company guidelines. Conducts collections calls in accordance with company standards
• Other duties as assigned

YOUR ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor’s degree and previous staffing or industry experience required

• Minimum 4 years in sales related experience

• Experience in selling directly to higher level executives desired

• Computer literate and basic skills with word processing and excel spreadsheet software

• Passion for working with people

• EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE, AND LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast paced, team environment

• Proven track record of sales growth

• Ability to manage, motivate, coach and train others

• Desire to embrace new technology and efficiencies
