EMPLOYBRIDGE - AMERICA'S LARGEST SPECIALTY STAFFING SUPPLIER - IS NOW HIRING IN MCDONOUGH, GA!  OUR PROLOGISTIX DIVISION IS LOOKING FOR A  STAFF PERFORMANCE MANAGER TO FILL AN IMMEDIATE OPENING IN THE MCDONOUGH, GA.  

The Staff Performance Manager will be based at our client’s distribution center and will help oversee our staffing program for this key customer.  The On-Site Manager will wear multiple hats and be responsible for onboarding and managing the employment of our field associates, maintaining proper staffing levels, and ensuring high levels of service delivery for this client. 

PRIMARY DUTIES FOR THE STAFF PERFORMANCE MANAGER WILL INCLUDE:

• Nurturing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with our client partner
• Personifying our organization at the client work site
• Onboarding hourly production/warehouse employees
• Managing all aspects of field employee employment at the site
• Acting as liaison between our client and local branch
• Assisting with recruiting as needed
• Developing creative, proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges
• Fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS STAFF PERFORMANCE MANAGER ROLE INCLUDE:

• At least 2 years of related staffing experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systems
• High levels of motivation and self-direction
• Ability to work after hours and on weekends when required
• Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift
