Training Specialist (Medical Information/Pharmacovigilance) - Home Working
Job Description
To support the delivery of high quality Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance services by coordinating, delivering and tracking training and support to ProPharma Group employees. Training will include new employee onboarding, program specific training and ongoing staff training.
Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and modalities.
Support the accreditation and certification of employees through the quality checking of test calls, cases and work items against predefined criteria, documenting results and providing feedback as required.
Monitor trainees’ training performance and providing feedback to Management.
Perform administrative tasks such as:
monitoring costs
coordinating and scheduling classes and enrolment
maintaining continuing education requirements
ensuring all employee and client training is administered and tracked via training management system
producing regular and ad hoc training reports to ensure compliance to KPIs
investigate and address training compliance issues with employees
gather and document training requirements from internal and client meetings and feedback
perform ongoing day-to-day tasks including coordination of training services, meetings and ad-hoc projects to meet business needs
Attend routine quality and/or client meetings for training purposes.
Investigate to expeditiously address questions and resolve issues.
Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with the provision of medical information on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of ADDIE and adult learning principles.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, problem solving, and facilitation skills.
Able to establish strong relationships with internal staff and clients.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills to multitask and meet deadlines.
Work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Flexible to adapt and meet fluctuating business priorities.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
Required: 2 to 4 years training experience.
Preferred: Experience training in contact center setting.
Preferred: Industry experience as trainer in MI, PV or related.
Additional Information
Candidate must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
