Job Description Training Specialist will work closely with the business functions to support development of On-the-Job training and related curricula throughout the company we represent.

• Expected to perform as primary content creator for On-the-Job Training and training assessments. This will include creating and managing these items in the Learning Management System.
• Work directly with SMEs to develop these training items.
• Additional responsibilities include management of the onboarding/offboarding processes and other projects as needed
• Manage and oversee development of new On-the-Job training and assessments.
• Create On-the-Job training and assessments in the LMS.
• Provide project and operational support of the LMS.
• Provide training/end user support for the LMS.
• Management of the onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Strong ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams.
• SOME DAYS WILL REQUIRE ONSITE SUPPORT BUT PRIMARILY REMOTE SUPPORT. The company still in remote service support with necessary personnel on site and extensive COVID-19 protocols when onsite (weekly testing provided for resources onsite any given week).

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in related field along with at least 7 years related industry experience.
• Requires BS/BA in scientific, engineering, or related discipline.
