    HIRING IMMEDIATE “SPECIAL PROJECT”

     

    ProTel, Inc is a leading virtual/dedicated receptionist call center that is locally owned and operated in Pearl, MS. We are a vital part in transforming inbound business calls into positive connections 24/7. We are passionate about delivering a professional and polite call experience for our callers, clients and team.

    CURRENTLY WE ARE LOOKING TO FILL A: PART TIME POSITION.

    Shifts: Monday- Friday (10:30am-2:30pm)

    (This is not a remote position.)

     

    Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, follows instructions, takes great pride in representing our clients and providing a fantastic first impression.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating an excellent caller experience with your amazing personality and professionalism.

    • Taking accurate messages for our clients

    • Delivering messages to our clients timely so they can make important business decisions.

    • Being a Positive influence to your team!!

     

    Qualifications:

    • Computer Proficiency, Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications

    • Customer Service

    • Type 30 wpm

    • Excellent communication skills (Spelling, Grammar and Logical Messages)

    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a Plus!!! But Not Required

    • Being a reliable person, the team can depend on.
