Proactive Healthcare Recruiters is seeking qualified candidates for a Staffing Specialist - Recruiter
Qualifications:
- Recruiter related experience a must!
- Experience with Healthcare Staffing a big plus!
- Must be very computer experienced.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of management and professions.
- Must be outgoing, assertive and professional.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, varies other programs to include an applicant tracking system.
- Social Media experienced user to include Job Board interfaces, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Decision making skills in order to decide if a candidate meets the qualifications of a position.
- Discretion with confidential information to adhere to employment laws.
- Sales experience with service-oriented organizations with the ability to represent our services and the value they bring to organizations.
- Ability to network to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and employees.
- Ability to conduct virtual/phone interviews with detailed information and ratings.
Work Schedule and Expectations:
- Requires a general work schedule of 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm. May be some on call times.
- Requires carrying a company number to handle after hours calls to include client/candidate questions or concerns
- Must be able to respond in a timely manner
- Must have a good working cell phone, computer and or laptop
Duties:
- Develop recruiting plans, utilizing applications, job boards, contacts, social media.
- Review resumes and contact potential qualified candidates to interview.
- Interview candidates per set guidelines, including documenting all aspects of the interview, skills, credentials, background and initiate the onboarding process.
- Review all necessary documentation for planning applicants.
- Screen applicants per guidelines before hire.
- Work with clients by educating yourself with job orders, submitting qualified candidates, arranging client interview, and finalizing the hiring process. .
- Work as a team collectively to utilize all qualified applicants to the most appropriate jobs.
- Answer phones and cover for others when needed.
- Work with the Team.
- Report to the owner with issues of concern.
- Attend weekly staff meeting
- Assist with bids and request for proposals.
- Follow up on placements.
- Market to new and existing business.
