Employer Brand Content Specialist (Remote)
Job Description
We’re looking for Employer Branding Content Specialists to join our rapidly growing team of freelance Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding professionals. As an Employer Branding Content Specialist, you will help us partner with some of the most exciting companies in the world to build out and execute on their strategic employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns.
You will work with and help support a passionate team of Employer Branding Lead Consultants and Strategists with content creation including, but not limited to:
Copywriting for employer brand narratives, recruitment marketing collateral, job descriptions, etc
Creating surveys and forms in tools such as SurveyMonkey.
Producing microblogging content for social
Creating graphics for social and web based advertising campaigns using Canva, Photoshop, etc
Building and executing upon a social media calendar.
Updating and sending project update reports to clients.
Creating presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Slides.
Rewriting job postings following our recommended formula.
Qualifications
3-5 years of proven copywriting or content marketing experience.
A deep understanding of Talent Acquisition and Talent Branding industries.
Excellent and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
Ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team.
