With a focus on accessibility and responsiveness, we support individuals and families navigating legal challenges in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, immigration, and probate. Our asset recovery practice plays a critical role in helping clients lawfully reclaim unclaimed or improperly withheld assets—often during periods of stress, grief, or transition.

    Overview

We are seeking a Georgia-licensed probate attorney to join our asset recovery practice, focusing on assisting clients in reclaiming assets through probate proceedings. This role involves handling a high volume of cases—typically 20–50 new matters per month—requiring efficient, effective, and client-centered legal services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Initiate and manage probate proceedings in Georgia courts to establish clients' legal entitlement to assets.

    • Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including petitions for letters of administration or testamentary.

    • Collaborate with forensic analysts and asset recovery specialists to identify and secure assets.

    • Communicate with clients, providing clear guidance throughout the probate process.

    • Ensure compliance with Georgia's probate laws and regulations, including adherence to fee structures and disclosure requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in probate law, estate administration, or related fields.

    • Familiarity with Georgia's unclaimed property laws and asset recovery processes.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Compensation

    • Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards and Georgia's regulatory framework.

    • Payment structures may include flat fees, hourly rates, or contingency arrangements, depending on case complexity and client agreements.

    • Opportunities for performance-based incentives and long-term collaboration.

    Application Process

Interested candidates should submit the following:
