Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents. • Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions. • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service. Qualifications: We are seeking: • A dependable, licensed attorney with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. • Someone who delivers outstanding client care and communicates clearly and professionally. • A proactive thinker—creative, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow within the firm. • An individual with a strong interest in networking, relationship-building, and maintaining a professional presence on social media. • 2–5 years of relevant legal experience. • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with both in-office and remote flexibility. • A team player who values a family-oriented, people-first workplace culture. • Commitment to long-term professional growth within the firm. Compensation & Growth: Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure. Compensation: $85,000+ yearly DOE + Commission
