Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of probate matters, including estate administration, probate litigation, and drafting related legal documents. • Advise and represent clients in business law matters, including entity formation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. • Manage real estate transactions and disputes, including purchase agreements, leases, closings, and related negotiations. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal opinions. • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates and guidance. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service.
