Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of estate planning and probate cases, including client meetings, phases of litigation, and communication • Analyze legal issues, provide advice to clients, negotiate settlements, and ensure efficient case resolution through collaboration with senior attorneys and paralegals • Maintain accurate and organized files to support the legal team • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, oversee litigation, and provide status updates • Adhere to case flow procedures and meet all case deadlines effectively • Work as a sound analyst and collaborator to achieve client goals and implement strategies Qualifications: • Possess a Juris Doctor J.D. degree from an accredited and reputable law school. • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff • Ability to track and meet minimum billable requirements consistently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, electronic legal research tools, and essential case management software Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly plus bonuses
