Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations pertinent to civil litigation matters for the law firm based in Coral Gables, FL, US. • Summarize and evaluate legal documents to support attorneys in preparing cases effectively. • Create, revise, and review legal paperwork, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, for the firm's probate litigation cases. • Manage and organize case files meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all documents. • Coordinate the production of documents, including the preparation of exhibits and materials for depositions, in collaboration with the legal team. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience working as a paralegal in the field of litigation. • Thorough knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to probate litigation is essential. • Proficient in utilizing legal research tools and software for case analysis. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must. • Capable of working independently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines effectively.
