We are seeking a skilled probate paralegal to join our growing team to provide strong support and collaboration to our probate attorneys and first-rate client services to our clients.

Peakstone Law Group (formerly Patterson Weaver Law) is a small Colorado Springs law practice offering excellent legal representation in Probate and Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury matters. The firm has a collegial and friendly work atmosphere with a client-centered approach to our practice. Our mission purpose is simple: We help people.
We just opened a brand new flagship office in the Rockrimmon are of Colorado Springs and are looking for a dedicated new teammate to help us continue to grow our firm.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, compassionate, and friendly with experience in all aspects of probate matters, including probate litigations and hourly billing. An ability to maintain calm and friendliness while multitasking is essential. This position is the primary point of contact for all probate clients. Exemplary customer service skills are essential. Other qualifications include:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 3 years of probate paralegal experience, including probate litigation experience, is required
Thorough knowledge of probate processes, procedures, and systems required
Experience with entering time for hourly billing purposes and familiarity and comfort with reasonable hourly billing requirements
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Tremendous attention to detail
Estate Planning experience a strong bonus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook required
Bilingual in Spanish a bonus
Prompt, responsible, accountable, and trustworthy
College degree a plus but not required
Ability to follow direction and adhere to firm policies and procedures a must
