You must have experience in probate and trust administration for this position. Must be located in CALIFORNIA. Responsibilities: • Manage probate and trust administration case files, from intake through final distribution • Draft petitions, notices, accountings, inventories, and court documents in compliance with California probate rules • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, beneficiaries, and courts • Prepare and file pleadings with the court via e-filing and in person as needed • Coordinate with financial institutions, CPAs, and other professionals to gather and organize asset information • Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and case progress • Support attorneys with hearing prep and case strategy • Maintain internal systems, case notes, and calendar events Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in probate and trust administration • Deep understanding of California probate and trust laws and procedures • Strong drafting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail • Proficient with Clio or similar case management software • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and move cases forward independently • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach • Paralegal Certificate preferred; notary public a plus • Team player Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
