What We Offer We believe in supporting our team so they can do their best work and live full lives: • Competitive pay: $85,000 to $90,000 DOE • Full-time, in-office schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM) • Paid vacation & holidays • 401(k) with 3% matching (after 1 year) • Profit sharing (after 1 year) • Free parking • Growth potential in a respected, fast-growing firm Responsibilities: • Manage files with minimal supervision • Draft correspondence, petitions, supplement to petition, accounting, and related documents • Check probate notes and file documents with the courts • Record documents with the County Recorder's Office • Prepare and organize estate planning documents • Provide exceptional support to attorneys and serve as a key point of contact for clients • Process mail and scan documents • Maintain organized case files • Manage attorney calendars and scheduling, and ensure all deadlines are met • Prepare synopsis Qualifications: • At least 3 years of paralegal experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, LLCs, and corporations • Proficiency in California Probate Law is required • Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing professional setting • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and skilled in time management • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team • Strong communicator—both written and verbal—with excellent computer skills • Bachelor’s degree required, and paralegal certificate preferred • Notary Public license Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 DOE + Benefits
