CTM Legal Group represents individuals, businesses, labor unions and benefit funds in and around Chicago. We are looking for a legal assistant to join our growing probate and estate planning team.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Organized and detail oriented;
• Experience with probate matters or willingness to learn probate and estate planning;
• Experience filing in different counties in Illinois;
• Ability to manage an attorney's calendar;
• Ability to reach out to clients for scheduling and to get updates on intake forms and review of documents;
• Major plus if they are a notary/ can get their notary license and experience with recording deeds with counties
• Spanish speaker is a plus
