    Job Description

    We are looking for FULL TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATES to join us at Probe North America LLC, located in Lewisville, TX. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service as the voice of Probe CX’s client in the North American market. You will respond to inbound digital interactions including web forms, apps, social media, and perform administrative duties.

    The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT. You should be competent in using MS products/Google and call center tools, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include;

    • Responding to customer service inquiries

    • Updating customer accounts with appropriate notes and details

    • Escalating critical issues to team leaders when required

    • Ensuring the communication flow process is followed as per the QA guidelines, and

    • Ensuring a fun and healthy workplace for all employees

    To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service knowledge and skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, efficient and accurate typing ability (minimum 50 WPM), attention to detail, analytical skills, and be a team player. The position requires at least 2 years of experience in a financial/collections and/or customer service account, and previous BPO and/or contact center working experience is desirable.

    Other position requirements include being at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, passing an employment, criminal, and credit background check, and being available for full-time hours (40 hours) per week with shift variance between 7:00 am-7:00 pm. The salary for this position is $15.34 per hour, and benefits include dental/health/vision insurance, paid time off, and on-the-job training.
