Job Description

The Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA) will work directly with the client project stakeholders and perform activities such as identifying and modeling process requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, identifying and modeling data requirements, defining business rules, identifying test requirements, creating test cases, perform testing, and being the primary functional liaison to the technical development team. They will use their experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform to help translate business needs to realistic functional requirements.

Required Skills

• At least 7 years of experience as a business or systems analyst on IT systems development projects
• Experience working under an Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience writing and executing test scripts
• Experience testing acceptance criteria and/or in a QC tester role
• Strong background creating technical documentation including user guides, training material and user stories
• Strong background in application testing including 508 compliance
• Must be a US Citizen

Desirable Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform
• 508 compliance testing experience and/or Trusted Tester Certification
• Experience configuring solutions using Dynamics and SharePoint
• Experience documenting user stories in JIRA
• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience working with Federal Government customers
• Active federal government public trust clearance
• Experience testing projects involving application migration
