Job Description

The EA Project Analyst will be part of a team that analyzes, defines, and maintains EA artifacts and processes across the agency. The scope of work includes EA strategy & planning, solution architecture design & engineering, early architecture assessments, development of target-state road maps for evolution of agency technologies, assist with maturation related to the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) reference models, perform analysis of alternatives, and assist with development and maintenance of EA artifacts, standards, process & modeling guidelines. The Project Analyst will develop and manage the document management system for all project related documentation. They will assist in performing various administrative and support duties to help with filing and tracking deliverables and documents written. They will assist in writing and editing of EA deliverables. Working with the project leads, they will establish and maintain a process for evaluating project deliverables and associated documentation.

Required Skills

• Must have 7+ years of experience in a project support / analyst role for IT system lifecycle projects or Enterprise Architecture (EA) programs.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing and editing of IT documents.
• Must have experience working on IT programs for federal government customers.
• Must have solid understanding of the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) reference models.
• Must have experience preparing and managing deliverables for the federal government.
• Must be fully aware of the IT project lifecycle.

Desirable Skills

• Demonstrated experience with at least one EA tool, such as Troux, System Architect or Mega.
• Demonstrated experience working on large EA programs for the federal government.
• Active federal government public trust clearance.
