The Process Engineer coordinates all phases of mechanical equipment engineering products ensuring required specifications are met that focus on supporting production.

• Designs equipment, supervise its installation and handles initial operation ensuring timeline, budget demands, and OSHA regulatory compliance are met.
• Coordinate project staff activities relevant to technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Directs integration of technical activities and products.
• Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and drawing releases
• Prepares interim and completion project reports.
• Demonstrate Integrity in all aspects of daily activities
• Actively participate in AGC Safety and Improvement initiatives
• Comply with all aspects of AGC’s Global Code of Conduct
• Comply with AGC’s leadership values

Required:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Three to Five years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or related field in a Manufacturing environment
• Proficient in the use of a leading CAD system
• Broad knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics systems
• Experience in a problem-solving discipline such as Six Sigma or KT
• Strong Project Management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
