A company in Warsaw, IN, is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team. This role supports an investment casting operation that produces precision metal components for highly regulated and performance-driven industries, including medical devices, aerospace, and industrial applications.
In this position, you will partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and product engineering teams to analyze processes, improve consistency, reduce variation, and enhance overall product performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Support and improve manufacturing processes within an investment casting foundry environment
Analyze process data to identify opportunities for increased capability, efficiency, and repeatability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that result in measurable quality and performance gains
Work directly on the shop floor to observe processes, support production, and implement improvements
Assist in documenting and standardizing processes and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
Early-career engineers encouraged to apply; hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in complex manufacturing processes
