We’re looking for a Chemical Engineer with manufacturing experience to improve and develop processes for the large-scale production of ceramic and inorganic materials.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Improve yield, efficiency, quality, and process capability.
- Analyze production data and use SPC/statistical methods to identify improvements.
- Develop process plans, specifications, equipment settings, and production documentation.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Evaluate equipment performance and help identify process and equipment upgrades.
- Support new product launches and the transition from development to production.
- Assist with corrective actions, process testing, and ISO 9001 documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Ceramics, or related field.
- Experience in chemical, ceramic, inorganic materials, or process manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of process improvement, statistical analysis, and manufacturing operations.
