  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As a Process Expert for Global Export Control and Sanctions, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and supporting standardized processes that ensure compliance with export control and sanctions regulations across Bosch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and roll out processes related to export control and sanctions law.

    • Align technical requirements from the Governance department (foreign trade, export control, and sanctions list screening "SPL") with the central SAP S/4 rollout team and other process development teams (IT, process owners, and managers).

    • Ensure standardized implementation of global export control and customs requirements for master data and business processes, leveraging GTS and other ERP system interfaces.

    • Serve as the interface between global standards and business unit–specific processes and models.

    • Define and operate global risk monitoring systems.

    • Coordinate testing, user training, data migration, and go-live preparations.

    • Provide post go-live support, including error resolution, process adjustments, and improvements during the stabilization phase, leading to the final handover to the line organization.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: * J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school
    • Experience and expertise : * Solid experience in process management and IT know-how * Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 and SAP GTS as well as a strong understanding of processes (end-to-end process thinking), particularly in logistics and supply chain processes * Solid basic knowledge of foreign trade, export control, and customs law round out your profile
    • Personality and working practices : * You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills * You are solution-oriented, organized, and self-determined approach * Ability to understand processes in detail and your strong teamwork skills, make you stand out
    • Languages : * Fluent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
