    Job Description

    What You’ll Do:
    As a Project Coordinator, you’ll coordinate project schedules, resources, and communication to support the successful execution of capital and maintenance-related initiatives. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and contractors, ensuring project goals are met with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost throughout the lifecycle
    • Lead project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
    • Collaborate with engineers and planners for effective resource allocation
    • Monitor contractor performance and ensure safety and compliance
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and team communication
    • Drive continuous improvement using industry best practices (PMI, Agile)
    • Support procurement processes, cost estimation, and financial tracking

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience managing cross-discipline technical projects (electrical, civil, mechanical, or architectural)
    • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, and project management tools
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Knowledge of contractor oversight, risk management, and capital cost control

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Formal project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
    • Experience in industrial, mining, or capital-intensive environments
