_ What You’ll Do_

• Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance for lab instruments
• Schedule and track work performed by external service vendors
• Review vendor documentation for maintenance and repair activities
• Enter data into quality systems and maintain accurate equipment records
• Complete logbook entries and basic laboratory documentation
• Support inventory, equipment readiness, and general lab organization
• Help maintain compliance and inspection readiness in a regulated environment

Qualifications

_ Minimum Qualifications_

• High School diploma/GED required; AAS in science, business, or related field strongly preferred
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience ; pharma/biotech experience a plus

_ Knowledge, Skills & Abilities_

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accuracy in documentation
• Works well independently and as part of a team, with clear and respectful communication
• Strong organization, time‑management, and multitasking skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain integrity and professionalism in all tasks

Additional Information

_ Compensation:_

• $17.60 - $21.85

_ Schedule:_

• Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
