Job Description

• Work independently and as part of a team in a client-facing environment.
• Execute laboratory support tasks to support raw material evaluations and investigation studies.
• Complete laboratory documentation and review logbook data.
• Make buffers, media and other types of solutions, as well as other general lab tasks, including but not limited to BSC cleaning and bio reactor building.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and managers to manage and prioritize needed lab support tasks.
• Compliance with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements and maintaineance of inspection readiness.
• Perform data entry into quality systems to ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AS) in Life Sciences or related discipline
• Must have laboratory operations experience.
• Strong Computer and Organizational skills
• cGMP experience is desirable.
• Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Can balance multiple assignments and perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas

Additional Information

• Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
• Compensation range: $17.50 - $19.50
