Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mold Setter with injection molding experience to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who can work independently while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and change molds on injection molding machines
• Adjust machine settings to meet quality standards and optimize cycle times
• Start and monitor robotic equipment; make minor program adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts and monitor production to ensure consistent quality
• Identify and report defects or production issues in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required (injection molding preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
