Job Description

Process engineer
Boston, MA
12 to 18 month contract

Key Responsibilities:
Lead start-up, commissioning & validation of OSD equipment (milling, blending, granulation, compression, coating, packaging)
Serve as technical SME for assigned manufacturing unit operations
Own equipment performance, reliability & continuous improvement initiatives
Drive troubleshooting, root cause investigations, deviations & CAPAs
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, MS&T & Engineering teams

Requirements:
10+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
Strong hands-on OSD equipment and process knowledge
Proven ability to execute projects and solve complex technical issues
