This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured computer-based work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a process-driven environment. While this role works closely with the Graphics team, it is not a graphic design position.

    • Create and input shipping data into ShipStation per invoice, ensuring accuracy and alignment with order details.

    • Generate, organize, and print all box labels after proof approval.

    • Ensure all labels are accurate, in the correct order, and properly matched to invoices before releasing jobs to production.

    • Follow established label and job-processing protocols with careful attention to detail.

    • Process label edits and changes as needed, including shipping changes, spelling corrections, address updates, and piece quantity changes.

    • Assist the Quality Assurance team with tasks such as proof substitutions when needed, final order checks, and job handoff accuracy.

    • Support smooth and accurate transitions of jobs from Graphics to Production.

    • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors across Graphics and Sales Support workflows.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Proficient in Windows , Microsoft Excel , and Google Sheets.

    • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods of time.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

    • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

    • Organized, focused, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.

    • Strong written communication skills and ability to follow detailed processes.

    What We Offer

    • Competitive compensation based on experience.

    • Supportive, team-oriented work environment.

    • Cross-functional exposure to Graphics, Sales Support, and Quality Assurance.

    • Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

    • Stable, Monday–Friday schedule.

    Who This Role Is For

This role is a great fit for someone who:

    • Enjoys administrative and process-focused work

    • Takes pride in catching errors before they become problems

    • Likes structured tasks with clear expectations

    • Wants to support creative and production teams without being a designer
