    Applicants are being sought for the position of: **

    Proctor**
    $18 per hour **

    Responsibilities:**
    The Proctor position is responsible for providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment. Proctors will be required to:
    • Schedule students for testing
    • Make testing requests to faculty and collate testing materials
    • Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to institutional policies and instructor requirements
    • Check-in students, verify identification, and explain the exam process
    • Proctor/invigilate students while testing
    • Collate completed testing materials or make sure electronic tests are submitted
    • Check out students upon completion of testing
    • Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues as needed
    • Sanitize keyboards and workspace after each candidate has finished their examination
    • Related clerical duties as assigned **

    Schedule Requirements:** Proctoring will be required Monday through Friday throughout each semester. Hours are typically 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., up to a max of 29 hours per week, but may vary slightly based on student testing needs. This position will not have scheduled work hours during school breaks. **

    Qualifications:**
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Customer service experience is preferred
    • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
    • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
    • Strong reading and oral communication skills are highly preferred
    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates to and from the testing room **
