      Job Overview

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Procurement Coordinator to support the administration and optimization of enterprise procurement systems and related data processes. This role performs analytical and technical work to maintain reporting tools, ensure data integrity, and improve procurement system functionality.

      The Procurement Coordinator serves as a liaison between Procurement and Information Technology teams, communicating system requirements, automation needs, reporting enhancements, and process improvements. This position supports both internal stakeholders and external vendors while ensuring accurate reporting, effective system performance, and high-quality customer service. Performs other duties as assigned.

      Experience Requirements

      • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in information management, systems support, customer service, communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Experience working with enterprise systems, databases, or procurement platforms
      • Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating data for reporting purposes
      • Experience preparing operational, statistical, or performance-based reports
      • Ability to support procurement lifecycle activities and maintain accurate system records
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      Experience Preferences

      • Experience supporting automated reporting tools and dashboard development
      • Experience conducting spend analysis and contract lifecycle tracking
      • Experience managing website content or internal procurement portals
      • Experience serving as a liaison between business units and IT teams
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and reporting tools
      • Experience identifying and implementing process automation improvements

      Physical Requirements

      • Ability to work in a standard office or hybrid work environment
      • Ability to sit for extended periods while reviewing data and preparing reports
      • Ability to operate a computer and enterprise systems for prolonged periods
      • Minimal physical exertion beyond routine office activities

      Education Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, information systems, communications, data management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

      Education Preferences

      • Additional coursework or training in procurement systems, data analytics, information management, or business process improvement
      • Professional development or certification related to procurement, systems administration, or data analysis
